Welcome to the City of Hanford online permit system, eTRAKiT. 

Through this website you will be able to make payments for existing building permits via credit card (a 2.95% fee will be charged by the credit card processor, this charge is not paid to the City of Hanford, it is levied by the credit card processor, as such the City of Hanford cannot provide a receipt for the 2.95% fee that is charged by the processor), as well as schedule inspections for your permit.

If you are a contractor, please login above by changing the login type to contractor in the drop down list above, then by selecting your contractor name and typing your PIN number.  If you have not received your PIN number please contact the Building Department at (559) 585-2581

If you are a residential user and would like to schedule inspections or pay fees on your permit, please click on the Setup Account link above. Once you have registered for an account you will need your permit number (permits start with FY). After you have logged in please click on the Link Permit button and enter your permit number when prompted.
